Introduction
Breakdance is the most powerful dance that can influence many young people in the world. For the first In America breakdance dominated by black people and this dance become the one of their identity. Breakdance looked with of lower rank dance, because breakdance is the black people kind of dance or slave dance, but now breakdance can develop so fast and become the high class dance of the world.
We know about many breakdancers in All over the world. Many of their come from the new breakdance in the world, but they cannot forget the root of breakdance. Before that, we have another breakdancer that come from old breakdance and he is that started breakdance in America. We have James brown as the god father of breakdancer. James brown says “breakdance is black own dance, in 70s breakdance develop so fast because breakdance can be explain the origin of black people”
This dance can be the dancing of changes. So many of American dance a breakdance use for protest to government too. Black people uses breakdance for get government attention. Because black people always looked by the second civil of America. Breakdance teaches about critic and learns to accept critic. Breakdance can influence many people for always has spirit too, because with spirit of life, life will be easier.
That I will say before in this essay I will explain about breakdance as the identity of black people, the symbol of breakdance, and the influence breakdance but not for black people.
The Identity, Symbol, and Influence Breakdance for Lil Kev as the white people

The most friend of Lil kev in phase T is black people and his mother is a racist woman. She thinks black people identically with criminality. His mother affraid Lil kev will traped with his black community. Lil Kev mother believe Breakdance is identities for black people not for Lil kev as a white people.
Breakdance is identity of black people, why? Because the root of breakdance it’s from Africa, especially Black people. “Blacks have developed an oppositional cultural identity, where blacks because of their internalization of discrimination developed their own culture. In his perspective Black people exhibit this oppositional culture in music (rap, hip-hop, jazz), through clothes (baggy, lose fitting), even speech (Ebonics) and Breakdance.”
Between from the black people, breakdance has identified by government to identity of black people. Governments fill up that statement with ideology. Many white understand this ideology and think breakdance is the black people dance or the lowest kind of dance. The governments in this case use ISA (Ideological State Apparatuses) theory by Louis Althusser. “Ideology is a structure” based on that statement if we need someone to follow our mind we must fill up our statement or instruction with ideology. Governments use that theory to form public opinion indirectly. So the opinion about breakdance is the black people dance or lowest dance composed by government self. Government in this case use media for form this issue, because they not want many people know Racism by white people still happen, white people more sensitively about the issue of racism. So they use the smooth ways. They use “the communications ISA (press, radio and television, etc.)” For influence many white people. Media is the most powerful tools to make a people obey the rule of government. Ideologies originate from mind of person and from deep down of the person so it can enter to the mind of the person very fast and the ideology can make a person obey the rule. Many white people believe this issue it’s true and they obey the racism indirectly. So at the first time, breakdance always looked by lowest dance and black people dance. Government has successful to form that public opinion.
In breakdance we will found any symbol, for example “sneaker”. Breakdance and the word “sneaker” cannot be separated, because that we know, at this time many breakdancer in the world use that world to express breakdance is the dancing for rich people. Because price of sneaker shoes is to expensive. Why they are doing that? Before that I will explain the history of breakdance. Breakdancer want show to the world, black people now more prosper than last condition. They use “Sneaker” in breakdance as a symbol of prosper. Previously black people come to America as a slave. So with breakdance they can more look prosper than before they come to America.
Lil Kev in this movie is also uses sneaker as accesories. But kev not use his sneaker as a symbol of prosperity. The cultural concept of sneaker in this movie change. The changes of cultural concept of “sneaker” influence by the cultural identities of Lil Kev as white people. So based on kev breakdance become his identities.
