Nowadays, Technology develops so fast. Now, we know the technology that would make it possible to create humans by cloning will slowly convert the natural human reproduction into a manufacturing process where genetically designed babies are to be made in laboratories. Maybe is it true that now is period of human makes, because now people can makes human like god. But they can make human like the first human not the unique human like god. The effects of those biotechnologies usually have advantages and disadvantages. The advantages of those biotechnology are would serve many useful purposes and will be the focus of a major biotechnology industry in this case at cloning animal. The immediate driving force was to develop more efficient transgenic animals-animals which have been altered by the addition of genes of other species, such as humans. Current methods, which rely on microinjection of the desired DNA into the nucleus of an egg, are both unreliable and inefficient. If foreign DNA, such as a human gene, could be introduced into cell lines in culture, cells expressing the human genes could then be the source of donor nuclei for cloning. All offspring would then express the desired human gene. Much current attention is now focused on altering the genes of cows or sheep so that they will produce large amounts of pharmaceutically important proteins in their milk, such as insulin to treat hemophilia. Indeed, it is this application which generated the Wilmot study-the desire to make a transgenic sheep that would include human insulin in its milk, thus providing an efficient source of that substance. There is also interest in producing pigs whose genes have been altered to produce a component of the human immune system's regulatory proteins. This would make pig organs more suitable for human transplantation. The benefit of cloning human tissue is that if we can grow vital organs, they can be used to replace ailing organs. For example, if disease destroys a patient's heart, an exact replica can simply be "grown" to replace it.
Human cloning can also be a solution for infertile couples, even allowing the couples to create a child with certain features. Because cloning allows for the manipulation of genes, embryos can be created free of inherited genetic disorders or predispositions. The cloning of human tissue could also be used to treat cancers, and even for plastic surgery, but cloning has disadvantages too. The disadvantage of cloning is playing the role of god. The power that God gives humans is over the fish, the birds, and all animals, domestic and wild, large and small. Adam and Eve have all the power, except they cannot eat the fruit of the tree that gives knowledge of what is good and what is bad. If they do so, they will die. So, cloning is out of the God’s permission. There is no evidence that proves humans have the right to change God’s will. Human created by unique appearance so if they same that unique will be lost. Human can live on the Earth relies on the diversity of genes. And the diversity of genes comes from parents having different sets of genes. The most horrendous part of identical genes is that it will weaken our power and adaptations, which make us subjected to great diseases easily. In addition, human cloning is just copying the identical genes, which means it will decrease the diversity of genes. Furthermore, the beauty of humanity lies in the differences we see in each other. Cloning would eliminate surprise and predict expectancy. The conclusion majority of people oppose human cloning because of the great likelihood of abuse. Apparently, people perceive society as essentially irresponsible and untrustworthy. Nuclear power, with all its potential positive uses, remains a threat to all humanity. It is created by human intelligence, but at the same time may have a dangerous tendency to outgrow human control and become destructive.
